1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Volanexact website (volanexact.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Volanexact provides public speaking training, presentation skills courses, confidence building programs, corporate workshops, and personal coaching services. Our services may be delivered in-person, online, or through a combination of both methods.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Course Registration

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your registration. We reserve the right to refuse registration for any reason.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required unless payment plan arrangements have been made
• All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment must be received before course start date unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available up to 7 days before course start date
• 50% Refund: Available 3-6 days before course start date
• No Refund: Within 2 days of course start date or after course has begun
• Medical Emergency: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation

5. Attendance and Participation

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is required for course completion and certification. Students must attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions to receive a completion certificate.

5.2 Make-Up Sessions

Make-up sessions may be available for missed classes, subject to instructor availability and additional fees.

5.3 Conduct Expectations

Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Arrive prepared and on time
• Participate actively and constructively
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, videos, audio recordings, presentations, and methodologies, are the exclusive property of Volanexact and are protected by copyright laws.

6.2 Permitted Use

Students may use course materials solely for personal learning purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited without written permission.

6.3 Student Content

By participating in our courses, you grant Volanexact the right to use your testimonials, feedback, and anonymized case studies for promotional purposes.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of personal information shared during courses. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and use.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Course Outcomes

While we strive to provide high-quality training, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or career advancement as a result of completing our courses.

8.2 Liability Limits

Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.3 Health and Safety

Participants engage in courses at their own risk. We recommend consulting with healthcare providers if you have medical conditions that may be affected by speaking activities.

9. Course Modifications and Cancellations

9.1 Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to modify course schedules, locations, or content with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

9.2 Course Cancellation by Volanexact

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

10. Technology and Online Services

10.1 Technical Requirements

For online courses, you are responsible for having appropriate technology, internet connection, and software to participate effectively.

10.2 Technical Support

We provide reasonable technical support for our online platforms during business hours.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services or website to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Interfere with our systems or other users' access
• Collect personal information from other users
• Use our services for competitive intelligence

You may discontinue services at any time, subject to our refund policy.
